How long do orders take to be made?
Once the order has been placed and a 50% deposit is sent, your order will be created within 7 days. (Custom orders receive updates through email)
What if I don't like my design?
Within 7 days of the first update, changes can be made with no additional charge. There are no refunds or exchanges. Only store credit.
What are updates?
When creating a custom order it's our job to create your exact vision and more. Updates are when we send images of the work to make sure you're receiving what you're paying for. (Updates are sent via email)
Shipping Prices
Digital Products have no shipping fee, as the product will be sent via email. Original paintings and drawings are sent through mail, shipping may apply.
